The house is conveniently located close to Champs de Mars, Tour Eiffel, Ecole Militaire and Invalides sightseeings in Paris.
There is a grocery shop in front of the house, several bakery shops, fruit, cheese, meat markets, pharmacy, banks and restaurants on the street, especially at the Cambronne and Lecourbe streets crossing.
Shopping street Rue du Commerce is at 3min walk. There is a niche cinema - Chaplin, and a parc nearby - square Lambert. You can find several of these facilities marked on my profile map.
