The area of Lergravsparken is like a green park on Amager. The park was laid out in the 1930s, and can still - due to the protection - be used for recreational purposes. For this, the large playground in the northern part of the park is especially suitable for children and childish souls. In addition to the playground and Lergravsparkens Metro Station, in other parts of the park there is also the opportunity to find some peace and enjoy activities such as walking and sunbathing.

The beach
Copenhagen's largest beach is only 15 min walk. Amager Beachpark has a lagoon, city park and lots of activities all year round. On the beach island there are a total of 5 "beach stations" with toilet facilities, stalls and kiosks.
