10 min. gang fra lejligheden er der cafeer, barer, supermarkeder og shopping muligheder i Spinderiet. Den ligger tæt på to hyggelige parker og ca. 15 min. gang fra Carlsberg Byen, hvor der også er cafeer, supermarkeder og selvfølgelig Carlsberg Bryghus.
