La chambre est claire et calme car elle ne donne pas sur la rue (sur les toits).
A 8mn à pied du métro et 2 mn du bus C3 (Gare Part-Dieu), vous pourrez accéder au salon, au coin cuisine (café, thé, micro-onde) et à une jolie salle de bain (douche italienne).
Attention, appartement au 3eme étage sans ascenseur et avec un joli chat en locataire permanent.
