It's a quiet 40m² one-bedroom (actually studio with bedroom alcove) on the 4th-floor (no elevator) in a building served by a concierge. It has an eat-in kitchen fully fitted with Miele stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, washer/dryer (in bathroom), parquet floors and south-facing windows. There is a double bed in the bedroom alcove and a comfortable sofabed (sleeps one) by English designer Robin Day in the living-room area.
