The apartment is located at the 4th floor. There are no elevator.

Party is not allowed.
Smoking indoors are not allowed. Smoking must be on the balcony.

Note that the bed is a single bed, but if you are 2 persons visiting, i have a comfortable matress to put on the floor.

The whole apartment will be available.
