Bathroom and kitchen are very well equiped. Individual ventilation and heating systems.

Very quiet (overlooks a courtyard).
Bright the day and electric blind for total darkness during night time.

The sofa bed is high-quality, as confortable as a real bed and easy to unfold. The mastress is 50 cm thick!

Towels and sheets provided.

3rd floor with ascensor.

Neighborbood Overview:

The flat is located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. This a neighbourhood as we like it in Paris, with a lot of small and good quality shops and a supermarket down the flat. There are also some good quality restaurants that I can recommend you.

This is a quiet and family neighbourhood with beautiful Parisian buildings and great avenues (Victor Hugo, Henri Martin). It is close from Trocadéro, Tour Eiffel, place de l'Etoile, Champs-Elysées, the OCDE and the Palais des Congrès (Porte Maillot).
The Bois de Boulogne (Boulogne Park) is less than 5 minutes walk away.

Therefore it has been renovated with taste and care with a high quality bed and a real mattress of 50 cm thickness.
