The flat is on the court side and is thus exceptionnally quiet. The neighborhood is one of the most lively in Paris : near the magnificient Porte Saint Denis and the cosy atmosphere of Passage des Petites Ecuries, it is the place for nice food and cafés at a reasonnable price. Very authentic parisien neighborhood atmosphere.

The flat has one large bedroom and one large living room with an open kitchen. Simple and convenient, my flat is well equipped, luminous and comfortable.

Juhlès, just next door, is a very reputed fine food shop : buy your bread, cheese and fine food there. They also have plenty of good wines and spirits. As several comunities happily share the neighborhood, you can discover Indian cuisine in the Brado Passage, French gastronomy Chez Gros, the best Kurdish sandwiches and soups in Paris... It is a very lively and pleasant place and the prices are relatively low compared to other places. This is the perfect neighborhood if you like to live in the real Paris !
