The space
On top of the building is a very big roof top terrasse which you are free to use (joint space with the rest of the building). There is a watch-tower on top with a 360 degree of Copenhagen.
The apartment also has its own balcony, turned west, and with windows in front for the less warm days. (Not relevant during winter time).
NB; currently there is construction going on next to the building, which means during weekdays from 8-16 they may be some rumbling noises you can hear on the balcony and when the windows are open.
The apartment has a specious kitchen with table and chairs and room to cook. The kitchen has a nice view - you can even see the Town Hall tower from the window.
The bedroom has a queen size bed (140x200) and is turned east.
