This STUDIO with PARKING is located in a quiet part of town and the field (yes field!) neighbor to the house has a cherry tree you can almost grab from the window! It has all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable short stay: ESSENTIALS (towels, soap), a DESK, a HD TV with Bbox and WiFi, a fully equiped KITCHEN and a BATHROOM.
From the studio, you can access the touristic old town (Vieux Lyon and its Basilica) within a couple metro stops.

The space
The studio is located on the top floor of a house located in the 9th arrondissement. The house itself is devided in apartments, hosting young workers, a student, retiree's and a young family! (hence an important house rule is to respect your dear neighbors). It has a garden and parking space.

The studio measures 20m2 and is equipped with a sofa bed with a good mattress, WiFi/TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is equiped with a shower cabin and toilets.

The studio is located about 10-15 min from both Vaise and Valmy centers in Lyon 9 (both have metro stations). There are many places where to buy your groceries, restaurants and bars in these areas.
