The indoor house facilities contain 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 main bathroom, 1 restroom and a kitchenette. The ground floor is also comprised of a large living room with dining area. A staircase is leading to the first floor where the bedrooms and main bathroom are located. The property also features a garden with barbeque facilities.

Inside the village of Maroulas are built 2 venetian towers which were used, mainly for defence against incoming attacks from pirates. As far as sightseeing is concerned, visitors may go to the monastery of Arkadi along with the archaelogical museum of Eleftherna. In nearby areas there are available markets, shops, restaurants and beaches to swim. To sumarise, Maroulas village is a quiet place with no traffic ideal for relaxation and tranquility.
