The flat is located on the first floor of a beautiful quiet old building with herringbone parquet, no opposite, high rooms with windows in the courtyard.

You have access to the following shared rooms: a spacious bathroom, a separate toilet and a kitchen with a fridge.

Although this flat is in a quiet environment, please be aware that the flat is in a typical Viennese Altbau house, so the doors are beautiful but not fully soundproof. If you need it 100% quiet within the entire flat, this is not possible here.
