Seawinds is a 115 m2 luxury villa situated on a hillside overlooking Houlakia bay.The area took its name from the big rounded stones found all over the protected nearby beach.These stones are called "houlakia" in the local dialect and it is prohibited to remove any of these from the beach as it is written on a warning sign.
