It is 75 sq.m. and has a bedroom with a double bed, a sitting room with 2 single sofa-beds, a bathroom with shower, a separate shower and a kitchenette. It has a private terrace with a table and many chairs, with view to the vineyard and the sea. It is suitable for 4 persons.
