Cute & cozy apartment 70m², centrally located across the entrance to the Old Town of Parikia. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 big bathroom and it is fully equipped. Extra bed in the living r om. Communal back yard & BBQ area shared only with 1 more apartment. Also kitchen, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, BBQ, air-conditioning in all rooms. WiFi in all indoor and outdoor spaces.
