The construction of FOURNOS is mainly with the traditional korolithos that provide a pleasantly cool environment even in the hottest Meditteranean temperatures. Finally, in the facade of FOURNOS there is a stoa which provide oasis which is ideal for relaxation and enjoyment.

Το χωριό Καλυβιανή είναι ενας παραδοσιακός οικισμ'ος με σοκάκια και παραδοσιακά κτήρια από την Ενετοκρατία μέχρι σήμερα.Είναι το τελευταίο χωριό πριν την Γραμβούσα και τον Μπάλο,μόλις 10 λεπτά οδηγώντας προς τα Φαλάσσαρνα και περίπου 40 χιλ. από το Ελαφονήσι.Επίσης απέχει 5 χιλ. από την Κίσσαμο με ενδιαφέρο αρχαιολογικό μουσείο και πολλά ανοικτά σημεία με ρωμαικές ανασκαφες.
