Gras house 1 is a lovely, 2-bedroom residence next to the sandy beach, a few steps from the sea, in the area of Agia Pelagia. House 1 is on the ground floor and covers a total area of 100 square meters. The modern-designed living room with the fireplace and TV and open plan fully-equipped kitchen are next to the entrance.

Two bedrooms one with double bed and the other with bunk bed are provided. There is also a WC with shower.
