Our house is located in a very peaceful neighborhood 3 min from the sea and 20 min from the main port "Parikia".
Sunny Land is quiet and cozy place with panoramic view by the sea !!!
It enables the visitor to isolate, relax and enjoy the beauty of this part of the island and in a few minutes way to find himself at beautiful beaches, traditional villages and places full of Greek taverns and shops and have fun.
Everything is around you !!

The space
The House as you can see in the pictures, has 2 bathrooms, 2 master bedrooms with double beds.
There is another room that we use as a guests room which has a big sofa that turns into a double bed also.
And If you wish you can use the sofa in the kitchen which also turns into double bed.

Our house is located in a very peaceful neighborhood 3 min from the sea, 20 min from the main port "Parikia" and 15 min from "Naousa"
Near our house (5 min by car) there is a small and traditional port by the name "Piso Livadi" where you can find coffee places, taverns, small bars and shops for necessary things. Day trips to other islands like Santorini and Koufonissi is easily reachable from the port of Piso Livadi.
Also in a 5 min distance there is our main very beautiful and traditional village "Marpissa" where you can find the big super market , bakery, pharmacy, you can have walks and also eat to some traditional places.
To the left and to the right of the house there are 2 organized beaches "Punda beach" and "New Golden Beach - Tserdakia", 10 min by walking or 3 min by car.
