The villa is located on a hill overlooking the small village of Keramota which is 14 km away from the closest sandy beaches in Panormo area and 5 km from Perama town where you can find everything that you might need like shops, taverns and supermarkets.

The whole surrounding area is in a quiet natural environment and even though the living areas are close, you can feel “away from it all”!

In Keramota village there are two small but great taverns which you can reach on foot.

The location is giving you the advantage of staying in one of the most traditional areas of Crete where people are still growing up with the traditional values and the real traditions!
Take advantage of the location and explore the nearby villages of Melidoni, Margarites, Eleftherna, Zoniana and Anogia where you can interact with real Cretan people and feel the Cretan hospitality in the highest level. Around those villages you will also be able to see some unique sightseeing

Travel Details from the host -> Hello! My name is Irini and I am the owner of the Villa Rosso Karrubo. Τhe house was built by my grandfather in 1942. The family of my father consisted of six brothers and my father inherited the house because he was born in it. It named Rosso Karrubo, because of a carob tree lying always in the center of the garden. My famiIy and I renovate the villa with great care and quality materials, and we are looking forwarding to hosting people who are looking forward to comfortable, quiet, and high standards on their vacation! Let me and my family be your personal advisor for your holidays and let’s start organising your trip in Crete together! The combination of our passion, our devotion, our wish and will to offer you a great holiday experience and our local expertise background, guarantee that your trip will be as dreamed and planned, leaving you with nothing but memorable moments and pleasant feelings! At your arrival day, I will welcome and greet you, but I will also be available for communication, any questions that may occur and anything else you may need! My family and I will take care of all the details of your holiday, responsible for your day to day needs, seven days a week – making recommendations and reservations, organising anything you may require and always be at the end of the line, in case of any problems.
