It's a cozy apartment in Bushwich, Brooklyn, it's only 5 min walk from the near by L-train station. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Manhattan. There's only a single bed in my bedroom. So it'll be a good fit if you're a solo traveler during Christmas & New Year to NYC. Since I won't be here, I would prefer a traveler can take over the whole period or at least 10 days to make things easier.
