Neighborbood Overview:

Harlem is one of the most historically rich neighborhoods in New York. Our block itself is a tree lined street made up of brownstone townhouses, some of which have been owned by the same family for generations, as well as a historic hidden little jazz club. Around every corner is a bodega, restaurant, hardware store, or other small business, giving the neighborhood a feeling of community throughout the day.

The neighborhood abounds with new cuisine and restaurants (including a Michelin star) next to delicious eateries here for generations. Continued investments have helped the 125th street corridor (only a few blocks away) flourish with the historic Apollo theatre, a growth of new businesses, Whole Foods, a movie theater and several gyms with day pass options available.

The home is also a short and lovely walk through St. Nicholas Park to get to the CUNY and Columbia campuses.
