Neighborbood Overview:

Prospect Lefferts Gardens/Little Caribbean is in my opinion one of the true Brooklyn neighborhoods that has yet to be taken over. There is so much life and culture, a plethora of small businesses, and voilà, we are three blocks from the incredible prospect park, 30 mins to Manhattan, and a 30-minute bike ride to the beach!

Perhaps the coolest thing about our area in the summer is a concert series called "Operation Gig". We are about a 15 minute walk (7ish-minute bike ride) from an area called Ditmas Park (Eddie grew up there), which features beautiful Vitcorian-style houses with large porches. Throughout the summer, the homeowners open their porches and lawns to host various local musicians that neighbors can gather to enjoy. It is completely free (though we recommend you tip the bands) and absolutely incredible.
