Our property is newly renovated 30.5 sq. m. studio at the traditional settlement of Perissa village. It consists of a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. The studio opens to a verandah overlooking the mountain of Perissa.

The space
The studio was renovated in 2019 and is situated in a block of studios. All fittings are new, tiled floor, new bathroom fittings, new kitchen with a granite double sink, new oven, plenty of storage to put your baggage and belongings.
There is also wi-fi, a flat-screen tv, hairdryer, coffee, tea, linens, towels and air conditioning. Also, indoor & outdoor dining area, a desk and plenty of outdoor shared areas that you can relax read a book or have your dinner/snack, as the beach and all take away restaurants are 5 minutes away from your home.Akrotiri santorini archaeological site just 15 min away!

Our studio is close to Ancient Thera (Greek: Αρχαία Θήρα) which is an ancient city on a ridge of the steep mountain. Τhe black sand beach of Perissa is 5 minutes away from our studio. It is a fully organized, cosmopolitan beach with an abundance of comfy lounging chairs, umbrellas. At the end of the beach, there is a diving location if you are bold enough to dive. You can choose from a wide variety of water sports, from windsurfing and parasailing to jet skiing, canoeing and banana boats that will rock your experience.

You can unwind and enjoy your day at the seaside cafes and bars and taste traditional dishes in the several taverns and restaurants you can find at Perissa Beach. Its cosmopolitan character becomes obvious day and night in the lively beach bars, where many people gather.
