Our studio is 3minutes walk from PANATHENAIC STADIUM (Kallimarmaro) and 1,3 km from the ACROPOLIS-PLAKA area and other historical sights. Our place is in a quiet road next to a really famous square in Pagrati where you can find many cosy cafes, bars, local small restaurants and small shops. It is fully equipped with private wifi and a sunny balcony.

The flat is 33sq.m .The bedroom with the double bed can be separated from the living room and the couch with a double door.

Other things to note
- We will need your Passport ID number if you are foreigner or ΑFM number if you are greek to declare your stay and pay the legal taxes.Thank you.
- We can easily arrange transportation from and to the airport with SUV that is sanitized after every guest, the driver always wears mask. Ask for more info.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the flat. Fine 100euros if you smoke.
