The space
A cozy nest full of charm, on the 3rd floor (without elevator). The bedroom overlooks a courtyard and the living room is on rue des Goncourt (the entrance to the building is avenue Parmentier). Small but well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washer / dryer, oven, 4 hotplates, fridge, kettle, toaster ... The bathroom is very small, if you like to take big baths, it's not here! Separate toilets.
The district is very central, very appreciated by the Parisians, lively with many shops, bars and restaurants.
