Apartement is very cozy; it has really nice furniture, antique carpets. I keep the place very clean, and I expect my guest to do the same.

IMPORTANT: the sofa bed is best suited for kids. it is 120cm wide and a bit small for 2 adults. It could be fine for a couple of nights but not for too long.

Neighborbood Overview:

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. It is only yards away from the presidential palace and the ministry of Interior (police). Restaurant and bakeries are plentiful, especially during the week. There is a small grocery store a block away (Franprix on Penthievre/Cambaceres) and a large Monoprix open late and 7 days a week!! (La Boetie/Champs-Elysees).
Maison Kaiser Bakery is on block away, so is the 5 stars palace Le Bristol if you fancy a SPA.

Where to begin...I'm half French/American but I grew up in Paris. When I turned 18, I moved to San Francisco & Bay area for 4 years, then Dubai and Barcelona for a year, back to Paris for 1 year, then to Egypt for another year, then Latin America for almost a year, then back to Paris for almost 3 years!!! and now I live in NYC. :) And now sort of back in Paris when I’m not abroad.
