The 10th arrondissement is one of the largest in Paris and is incredibly variable. The apartment is in the southern part of the 10th, right on the border of the 2nd & 3rd, 2 minutes from the Strasbourg St-Denis metro station. This is one of the best located spots in Paris as it gives you quick access to all of Paris' best neighbourhoods, whilst being one of Paris' best neighbourhoods itself.
Nearby you'll find an enormous array of restaurants, cafes & bars to suit all budgets. The apartment is only 2 minutes from the well-known Rue de Faubourg St-Denis that has plenty of dining & drinking options. From there, you're only 5-10 minutes walk from the chic Marais district & 5-10 minutes walk from the amazing Rue Montorgeuil, one of the city's premier dining spots. If you're looking for nightlife, Grands Boulevards is only a 5 minute walk and in the opposite direction, you'll find the up & coming Canal St-Martin, Paris' hipster paradise with new openings every week.
