Attic apartment of 65 square meters (including 45 square meters higher than 1,80 meters) located on the last floor and completely under the eaves. Very cosy, great atmosphere, feeling like being in a chalet.
Very bright thanks to numerous windows, in a very calm street, located 2 mn by feet from Place des Vosges in the Marais district and from Opera Bastille.
The space
The place was previously occupied by 6 student rooms that I have gathered together in one single apartment that has been designed by an interior architect. It has a unique atmosphere, you feel like being in a very elegant chalet... being right in the middle of Paris !

Go to the 4th floor with the elevator, then climb one floor by feet. Once you are on the 5th and last floor, the entry is the right door
