Cosy studio apartment in the trendy Marais quarter, ideal for a couple or solo, in a small street famous for its art galleries. The immediate neighborhood is very lively with lots of cafés, restaurants, bars, hip stores and typical parisian bistros. Extremely central and convenient (see details below), it is also only a few steps away from the 3rd district police station and very secure.

The space
The studio is 15m2, on the second floor (ground level+1) up a flight of stairs. It is only one floor up but the stairs are narrow and steep. A large window gives out on the street. THE WINDOW IS LOW AND HAS NO RAILING. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT LEAN OUT.
There is a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, cutlery, a table and 2 chairs. A double bed (140x190), sheets, a bathroom with regular tub, towels and basic amenities. Unlimited high-speed Internet, WIFI and TV.
No washing machine. A laundromat very close by right next to the 3rd district police station.
