Neighborbood Overview:

The apartment is in the 19th arrondissement of Paris just in front of the Parc de la Villette which is a cultural hub with the Philharmonie, Zénith (concert-hall), Théâtre de la Villette, Grande Halle de la Villette (exhibitions), Trabendo and Cabaret Sauvage (clubs). Another famous park and loved by Parisians for its view of the city (Parc des Buttes Chaumont) is just a 10 minutes walk away by foot.

The neighborhood is lively and young with cafés, restaurants, bars, nice street art. It is also crossed by the Canal de l'Ourcq which makes for great walks.
You will find everything you need in the 2 supermarkets that are in a 500 meters radius from our building.
