My 45m2 one bedroom flat is situated in one of the best areas of Paris! There are excellent restaurants and cafes, as well as several museums within walking distance. You can take your pick from Temple, Arts et Metiers and République metro stations, all within 5 mins walk. The flat is comfortable, light and perfectly equipped. It has a double bedroom with built-in and a separate, eat-in kitchen. While there is no lift, it is an easy waIk up to the 4th floor.
The space
The apartment is very bright and airy with double exposition onto the courtyard and the street. The street is generally quiet and doesn't get too much traffic as it is a one-way street. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, which also has a built-in closet. The sofa in the living room converts to a double-sized futon that can comfortably sleep two people. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a table and chairs if you prefer to eat in the kitchen.
