Small and charming duplex of 26 sq.m., recently rebuilt with exposed beams, located on courtyard, in the picturesque and lively rue Mouffetard, overlooking the Contrescarpe square. The room gives access to a private 14 sq.m. terrace, which can be used until 10 pm for the tranquility of the neighborhood. On the ground floor, there is another single bed in the kitchen-living room.
The space
Nice and large terrace and proximity with the beautiful square of the contrescarpe, recently renovated. The apartment has a courtyard front with table and seat available. We live in a family house. The apartment has wifi and a TV. The kitchen is well equipped : ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, plates and glasses, ingredient for cooking (Oil, vinager…) . The staircase leading to the room is a bit steep and not suitable for elderly people.
