The studio is on the ground floor and opens onto a patio in a calm inner courtyard.

The space
The studio has recently been fully refurbished and arranged to maximise the comfort in a small space.
You will feel like in a hotel room with the character of a Parisian flat.
The bathroom, very functional, features an Italian-style shower, a sink and a toilet.
For the cooking enthusiasts the kitchen is equipped with multifunction oven (microwave/oven), 2 induction hobs, a cooker hood, a fridge with a freezer compartment, crockery and cutlery.
For breakfast, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster are at your disposal.

The sofa is easily convertible and features a high end Simmons mattress.

The interior has a 70’s style design that I’m fond of.

The studio is located in the charming district of Les Buttes-Chaumont / Belleville where you can live the Parisian lifestyle out of the beaten tourist tracks.
The proximity of the park is exceptional and offers the opportunity to go for a run, a leisurely stroll, a picnic or even sunbathing on the grass.
Inside the park, you will find two bars/restaurants popular for their trendy ‘guinguette’ atmosphere : "Rosa Bonheur" and "Pavillon Puebla"
Near the studio you can wander around the charming district of Mouzaïa which is made of plenty of little streets and colourful houses with private gardens.
You can also go for a swim in the 50m long Georges Hermant swimming pool which is an open-air swimming pool in the summer and has several solariums.
A little further than the pool, you can discover the « Philharmonie de Paris » which is the most contemporary buiding in Paris for the moment.
