This spacious loft is part of a building designed by Gustave Eiffel during the Exposition Universelle of 1889, only comprised of artists’ studios. It is a triplex so you will enjoy the great volume and the light coming from the huge glass windows. Very special and comfortable place to stay, well located near Porte Maillot, in the “17th arrondissement” neighborhood which has a traditional Parisian feel. There are great restaurants around and we will be happy to give you our top recommendations!
The space
The loft is originally an artist workshop with two living & reception areas: one on the ground floor and one the first floor. Very pleasant volumes.
The light fills the room all day long through the huge glass windows.
