Wonderful luminous 1930's appartement with hardwood floors. One bedroom with a double bed, and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. A large fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom, both looking out onto lush greenery.
The space
The kitchen has a washing machine, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, all necessary pots and pans.
The apartment is 50 square meters. It is very high ceilinged (3 meters).
In the bedroom, a piano, and kilos of books which you are welcome to play and read.
The living room has a comfy fold out sofa. Two armchairs, a desk area, and a fantastic projector linked up to an Apple TV, Netflix, and a Blu-ray player.
