The apartment is newly built, constructed with respect for Aegean architecture and climatic conditions, and furnished with special equipment. The apartment doesn't have a balcony but several windows.
The space
The apartment was first used in the summer of 2016 and is equipped in order to cover most needs of visitors. It is situated on the lower level of the complex with its entrance 2 steps below the ground level. The house doesn't have a balcony but several windows.
It consists of:
• Living room with dining table, flat–screen TV 32”, fireplace and ceiling fan. The living room has a corner sofa that can be converted to a double bed if needed.
• Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, ceramic stovetop, oven, coffee-maker, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and full set of kitchen utensils.

While travelling in Greece, I discoved this amazing small island, where I finally decided with my family to construct and operate Aegean Colors Koufonisia Houses. Based on my studies, I constructed with my father and decorated the houses with respect for Aegean architecture and climatic conditions.
