Schöne, renovierte und helle 50m2 Altbauwohnung im 3. Stock mit Balkon, in Gehweite vom Zentrum (Schwedenplatz). Kein Straßenlärm da alle Fenster und Balkon hofseitig sind. Das Schlafzimmer mit Fenster hat ein Famillenbett (140cm+oben 90cm) und eine Kleiderablage. Das Bad ist mit Dusche und Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist der größte Raum, mit Küche (Nespressomaschine), Esstisch, Sofa, Klavier, und Zugang zum sonnigen Balkon. Parkettboden und Zentralheizung in der ganzen Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Ich vermiete die Wohnung während ich verreise, und möchte einen hohen Standard und Komfort bieten.

Am Balkon kann gerne geraucht werden.

Ich habe keinen Fernseher.

Noch ein Detail auf das mich ein Gast kürzlich aufmerksam gemacht hat: das Schlafzimmer lässt sich mit meinen Vorhängen nicht ganz verdunkeln.
