I am  giving you some information:
Just you go out from the building you will go to the right direction untill the second traffic light , and there you will turn on the right again . 200 m far away there is a shop Bread Factory in which you can eat breakfast, sweets and traditional greek  meals.  Just you go out from the building you will turn on the left and this road all straight goes to Monastiraki and then to Acropolis(10 minutes). There are two tour buses . With one of them you can see all the center of Athens and the other go to Peiraia and at the beach of Athens. Near to Acropolis you can see archaeological place and museum. Very near with the house only 20m at Keramikos 49 there are to restorant, Greek restorant and Thailand restorant . Also a beautiful place to see is Lykavitos which is 30 minutes far away  by foot or 5 min by taxi. There is a church in the top of the hill and you can see all the Athens from there.
