Super's Dom.. A quiet-small, close to the historical centre, relatively close to port, half-renovated(hopefully Airbnb will make it fully) studio in Kallithea Athens, Greece.

The house is 33 sqm.. I renovated last year and all the appliances are relatively new.

Guest access
Kallithea has very easy access with almost all kinds of public transport..my personal favourite is the 040(the old prasino) bus from Syntagma-Peireas..drops you meters away from the house (1h charokopou) and connects with subway..910 from syggrou fix is another good one ..All buses going down Syggrou Av. (Agios Sostis stop)will do.. If you don't mind walking for a few minutes you can catch the train to historical centre.. You can walk to Acropolis museum in 20-25min..I used to jog it every day.. there many routes you can take.

Urban.. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, bars, a few museums, close to kallithea(el paso) football stadium, hairdressers, library, fish market, shops and sex shops. Charokopou road is a busy road.. there is the charokopeion university (more like for medical things) from one side and Panteion university (for more like legal stuff) from the other. The house road itself is surprisingly quiet cause is from the back of the business road.
