The BarGain (Chania Holidays) is located 3 min walk from the Nea Chora beach, Just 10 min from the Old Venetian Harbour, 10 min from the bus station and 15 min from Agora market-place (Town Center).
There are also a lot of traditional shops around the house as bakery , butcher's , grocery , fishery and a mini market and a pharmacy as well.
The space
The BarGain (Chania Holidays) is on the 2nd floor and consists of two main bedrooms, a bathroom, a comfortable and sunny living room including the kitchen. The place is equipped with the necessary electric devices. We hope our guests feel at home and respect the place.

*Nea Chora is a very long sandy beach that is very well organized, with several amenities nearby. It is a nice sandy beach, with rocks in some places. Nea Chora is ideal for those that do not want to leave the city centre. in area-Chania, Greece*Nea Chora (means 'new town') was the first modern part of Chania to be built outside the Venetian fortification wall in the early 18th century. In a sense it is the oldest part of the modern town. Nea Chora has a fishing harbour and a good sandy beach which is popular with local people. It is in effect Chania's town beach and it is a nice one.
The small road that runs along the beach is lined with cafés and (mainly fish) restaurants . The area is not that well known with tourists but it is a great alternative to staying in the old town: you have a beach on your doorstep, parking space for you car, some of the best fish restaurants in town and you are only 10 minutes on foot (walking along the sea front) from the Venetian harbour and the centre of the Old Town.
