Its location and the vicinity of the metro lines are perfect for getting around. It's also very close to the direct AIRPORT TRAIN. There's the Danube canal with a park, walking and cycling paths starting right in front of the house. Please note: this is a NON-SMOKING and NON-PARTY flat.

This flat has a very large living room with a dining table, screen for watching DVDs or streaming, Hi-Fi tower, basic working space, sofa (140-200 cm as a pull-out sofa), rocking chair, big wardrobe, and a collection of books, DVDs and CDs as well as a few board games.

Prater park: around 10 minutes to the North, across the canal, is one of Vienna's largest park areas. Next to it is also an amusement park with the famous "Riesenrad" and other attractions.
Stadtpark is also a big attraction for its ponds and statues - it's located next to Wien Mitte station.
