The flat is located in the hipster district "Neubau" in a quiet courtyard away from the busy streets. Its minimalist design is perfect for relaxing, reading and working (fast WIFI!) without any "Schnickschnack" (as they say in German).

It is very open, with two small terraces, a spacious living room (+ open kitchen), big enough to hold a 5 people yoga class (yoga-matt available!).

All main lights and the music can be controlled with a living room Alexa, giving you control form the couch.

The space
The couch (Ikea, Flottebo) in the living room can be set up as a bed, but is quite hard (some like it, some - me included - don't).

You can turn off all lights in the flat by saying "Alexa, I'm sleepy" and turn them on in the morning by saying "Alexa, I can't see". There is also a remote control at the entrance allowing you to turn all lights on or off in the apartment. The Zollergasse is one of the most vibrant Bar streets in the seventh. The "Museumsquartier" (MQ, in short) houses both restaurants and modern museums that always are worth the visit. The largest shopping street "Mariahilfer Straße" is a few minutes away, but the real coolest shops are in the side streets, where new artists and brands offer some unique clothes and souvenirs.
