The property is a fully renovated 1863 house which belonged to my great-great grandfather. I renovated it using some of the old stone and according to the traditional cretan architecture. It is situated in Douliana, a small and beautiful hilltop village only 30' from Chania, in an area of great natural beauty . There are several hiking and bike trails for you to explore the surrounding beaches, villages and countryside.
The space
The house is built on two levels of a total of 80m2.
On the upper level there is a master bedroom with double bed and private terrace with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills.
On the bottom level is a cosy livingroom with fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal both for solo visitors and couples or for families with up to two children.

You can use all the facilities of the house.
