The villa is situated in Adele village, just 15 minutes away from the scenic city of Rethymnon. It is set on an estate at the entrance to the village, all surrounded by olive groves.

Following modern architectural principles, the three-level villa contains 180 sq.m. of space and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The space
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with fireplace, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room and a WC. The living room has access to a veranda that is furnished by a six-seater table set for dining al fresco.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. Two of them have double matrimonial beds and the third one is a twin.
