- the ground floor has a patio, a big living room with fireplace, a completely equipped kitchen, a studio, a bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub, a big terrace; the living room is decorated with a precious neo-gothic library, richly inlaid and with beautiful spiral columns. A Murano glass chandelier illuminates the central table, around which are placed in walnut chairs upholstered in silk velvet. Two silk Fortuny lamps help to give a warm and romantic atmosphere. The living room is also decorated with a precious carved chest, from the Castle of La Rochefoucauld in France, covered by an old silk brocade.
