The space
This studio is on the top floor, it is a very large open plan and is ideal for up to three persons. It has two balconies, one overlooking the sea and the island of Thodorou and the other at the entrance of the building.

To go to Vigla Studio 16, it is on the first floor and there is no elevator. There are stairs.

in area-Galatas, GreeceΗ γειτονιά είναι πολύ μικρή, χτισμένη σε ένα μικρό λόφο, μόλις 120 μέτρα από την παραλία Καλαμακίου και 100 μέτρα από την στάση του λεωφορείου για τα Χανιά. Υπάρχουν κάποια μικρά καταλύματα αλλά και σπίτια. Η θέα της θάλασσας αλλά και των Λευκών Ορέων, είναι εκπληκτική.
Travel Details from the host -> Let me introduce myself: I lived in Athens for many years, though I come from Chania, Crete. In 2011, I moved here permanently and have lived here since then. Vigla is my home as well as my business. Travelling to Crete (one of my favourite places), is fascinating, because I always discover new villages, along with the ones I still love to visit, including my own village in the mountains, with its olive groves and familiar ancestral land. I also like music. Sometimes I play Greek songs on the piano, along with pieces by classical composers, such as Beethoven, and I sometimes invite musician friends over to play music together. I love my work, because I meet people from many countries, and love listening to their stories, which is both exciting and creative. My best dishes are not Cretan at all! It feels strange to write that, since I am 100% Cretan, but perhaps that's the reason!! I know that authentic Cretan food is delicious, though some succeed in producing Cretan flavours without using good "basic materials"! With access to good herbs and other fresh, organic ingredients I believe that I could prepare Cretan dishes successfully (at least I like to think so !). I love Chinese and Indian dishes, too! Of course I put olive oil in everything, and Vigla Apartments is a registered hotel--one with a family atmosphere.
