The house is located in the pedestrian zone of the old town of Parikia, at 500 meters from the port and 80 meters from the beach. It has been fully renovated in the cycladic style by an architect from Paros.

At the ground floor: 1 bedroom with double bed 140x200 with an adjacent shower with toilet ; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 80x200 and a small terrace on the street.
At the first floor: living-room with open kitchen, shower with toilet, mezzanine with 2 single beds 80x200 and a small terrace.
On the roof: terrace equipped with benches, tables, chairs, and a sink. You can take your meals under the pergola.
