The apartment is located on the groundfloor. all windows see to the inner garden which is separated with a fence. So you have a private terrace and no passengers looking into the apartment.

We call it „Audrey“ as the main picture in the living room is a print of Audrey Hepburn.

The apartment is fully equipped with cooking utensils, sheets, towels and everything else you need for your stay in Vienna. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet. The washing machine is shared with other tenants.

The house is located in the 3rd district of Vienna, near the Hundertwasserhaus – one of Vienna’s youngest sights. The location is perfect as the apartment is in walking distance to down town (ca 15 Minutes), to the airport-train CAT (ca 10 minutes), to the Green Prater (ca 5 minutes), were you can do all kinds of sports like cycling, running, skating, even swimming in summer in the public swimming pool (Stadionbad). Furthermore you can walk to the Campus of the university of economics and Sigmund Freud University.

Travel Details from the host -> Ich finde es toll, in einer fremden Stadt in einer Wohnung statt in einem Hotel zu wohnen - man wird sofort Teil der Stadt und fühlt sich (fast) wie zu Hause. Ich habe airbnb schon mehrmals genutzt und sowohl bei den Mietern als auch bei den Vermietern sehr nette Leute kennen gelernt.
