The house is located on the south shore of Paros, with view of the following islands: Naxos, Irakleia, Ios, Folegandros and Koufonisi. Lolantonis beach is 1,100m far from the property and Golden Beach 2,500m far.

Its balcony is 26 m2 along with a BBQ and a sink.
The listing is ideal to be provided in combination, upon request, with Madinik's House which is on the ground floor below the Lefko Spiti. They are suitable for companies of ten (10) people or two families.
