Unsere Wohnung liegt im 3ten Wiener Gemeindebezirk im Hochpatrerre. Sie befindet sich in der Nähe des bekannten Hundertwasserhauses (in 2min Fußweite) und ist sehr zentral gelegen. (10 min Fußweite zur U-Station Wien Mitte Landstraße) sowie 13min Fußweite zur U-Station Praterstern.
Jeden Samstag gibt es auch einen lokalen Markt (Rochusmarkt) ganz in der Nähe mit frischem Obst und Gemüse.
Die Wohnung grenzt an eine ruhige Seitenstraße.

Außerdem gibt es hier eine Reihe von Graffiti-Kunstwerken zu bestaunen, da der Donaukanal der einzig legale Platz in Wien dafür ist.
Nicht weit entfernt liegt der Prater mit dem Riesenrad und angrenzendem Wald.
